PAC Collateral
Every delegate, speaker, and organizer at the Principia College Public Affairs Conference received a folder that included: a nametag (with schedule on reverse), a letter from the organizers, a schedule of events, a menu, a booklet describing each speaker, a campus map, a discussion pamphlet, an article on peace, and a custom waterbottle.
PAC Speaker Booklet
The speaker booklet was given to each delegate and gave short biographical statements on each speaker. The front and back pages are included with one two interior spreads.
Letter to On-Campus Delegates
This letter was included in folders for on-campus delegates to introduce them to the conference. A corresponding letter was included in off-campus delegate folders.
Nametags
The nametags were two-sided. On the front, the name and school or affiliation of each delegate is listed. On the rear, a schedule of the weekend is listed so that delegates would know where to be for each event.
Conference Schedule
This conference schedule was included in each delegate folder and was also printed in large version and posted at several key locations around the college campus.
Airport Signs
Each element of the conference featured the event's branding. Below is an example of the airport signs used to pick up each of the speakers for the conference this year.
